“I bought this for my fasting journey and this really has been the only thing that’s motivated me to keep going after the first day. Being able to see ketones go up and my blood glucose go down helps put a visual to my progress. I also think this was a great price, the device was a little intimidating at first but after watching some videos I got the hang of it! Definitely recommend!”
