“Great products. Fulfillment, not so much. This order came in half the time as the last two. Dependable fulfillment is--or should be--a big part of the value proposition for direct marketing companies. This order begins the approach to timely fulfillment. It still wasted two days shipping my order--which is shipped from Salt Lake City--to Whittier, CA, so that DHL could forward it to the postal service for delivery. Madness. And sloooooow. I live about 190 miles south of the SLC Airport. Dropping it in the mail would be cheaper and faster.”
