“Don't "try" a ketogenic diet without measuring your blood ketones. Measuring them with the Keto-Mojo meter helps me fine tune my diet. I'm on my third or fourth purchase of ketone strips. I've found it is a more accurate and less expensive way of measuring blood ketones than with a Precision Xtra meter. Highly recommended if you are serious about doing "keto".”
