Thank you for 1 machine to tell me both results so I don’t have to use two to get the same results. I feel that these results are always accurate. Just wish it was a little cheaper for strips.

Works great. I do not have anything to compare it to, but seems accurate. A few strips out of the bunch always give me error codes on every batch. I will keep ordering as it is a cost effective way to monitor my keton level. Thank you.

Great company, good customer service that replies quickly and handles any issues immediately. Although there are relatively few issues to begin with.

Many times when I test my ketone level, even while following a procedure I received in an email from your technical support group, I get a lower reading than expected. For instance several times I received a reading of Lo even though I knew from past experience that I should have been in ketosis. So I immediately test again with another strip on a new drop of blood and get a higher reading such as 0.6 mmol/dL. To go from Lo to 0.6 in a matter of seconds is not possible which leads me to believe that either the initial strip was bad, the meter didn't work properly or the ketone level in my blood is not homogeneous which seems highly unlikely. The procedure I use is to clean my finger with alcohol, wipe away the first blood drop, test glucose first, wipe away that drop and test ketones on a new drop. If there is better procedure that would give more consistent results I'd like to hear it.
