“Whilst having strips in a packet that need cutting to open is a bit of a pain, compared to those all together in a canister, I never doubt the ‘freshness’ or viability of them.
I did have an issue of not being able to buy strips recently but I kept hold of my old machine which filled in the gap. It’s not as accurate as my Keto Mojo but it did.
Note to self to keep a box of test strips spare so it doesn’t happen again!”
“KetoMojo service was very good but the transport DPD you allway chose is very bad. They prétend delivery is done but they never did. This happend multiple times, also with previous orders and I have to reorganise by miself what costs me extra tlme.”
“Very reliable system, only had one dodgy test strip out of about 200 so far. Really like that it can handle both Blood Glucose and Keto (different strips). Keto strips seem a bit expensive, as does the postage, but overall, no complaints and a good service.”
“I have written to formally escalate a complaint regarding faulty test strips I have received from your company on two separate occasions.
My original order, shipped to my address in Saudi Arabia, arrived with test strips that were completely non-functional. Your customer service team arranged a replacement, which I appreciated — however, the replacement strips failed in exactly the same way.
I have attached a video clearly showing both sets of test strips failing during use. It also shows that both sets appear to come from the same batch, suggesting a possible product issue at source.
No response has been recieved to resolve this.”
