“According to the solution test my reading of 7.7 shows my meter is accurate. When I called I was told by your people then it can be off by 20 points and still be accurate so according to your meter I'm pre-diabetic according to my doctor and lab results I'm not”
“The solution appears to have worked fine, but I am still doubtful if the machine is accurate or not. It reads 30 point higher than my other glucose machine. I have a doc appointment so that they can test my blood in a lab. I will check my blood that morning with the machine and compare the readinf with the lab. The only way I will know how accurate it is.”
“Your glucose readings vary by as much as 20 points so I got the control solution to see if it needed calibrating. You can't get the solution on the test strip and part of the reason is the test strip portion for the blood or solution is too long. I find it hard to read blood as well. Not at all happy with your machine at this point although I do use it for Keto., I am using my other one for glucose.”
