“I love the meter, the ease of use, however, every source I have read, says you should test a brand new meter with control solution upon receiving it. I got a form letter saying essentially “not necessary because we tested it before we mailed it”. Instructions also say “test if dropped”...how many times was it dropped during shipping? Include a starter bottle with each new purchase please.”
