“I received the product that I ordered and realized that the product was due to expire in only 8 months. I initially sent a message to customer service about this, but have yet to hear back from anyone. After a week, I called customer service and left a voicemail message about my complaint. Still no response. Very poor customer service! If I can't trust you to back your products, I'll have to look elsewhere.”
