I got my meter on 6/2021, THE VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS FROM VIRTA for testing differ from the ones on the video from your site. Finally, I realized the range for the control solution is not on the bottles or the box they came in, but on the box of the test strips!”
“The print on the box and vials is too small to read. Way too small. Also, nowhere do I find what the test level 2 and 3 readings should be for the glucose or ketone tests. So, not being able to read the directions and not having the test ranges available make the product useless.”
