(1) complaint is that the meter should be visible from every direction and rotatable if possible, just Like a smart phone. (2) The ejection button is just too small and slippery. It should have texture to it or knurling so that it would be easier to eject completely with the meter.”

“The meter and test strips arrived within a week and work well. For some reason I was prompted to buy more control solutions, which I don't think I'll need for quite a while, but not more lancets, even though the GK+ barely came with a week's worth. Fortunately, I ordered more and they arrived in 4 days so all is good.”
“Haven't even received the order yet. Apparently shipping company has lost it. Replacement is supposed to be processing. I have my doubts that it will be corrected in a timely manner. DHL shipping is the worst! There are always delays in receiving your orders. I'm supposed to request a return label if the original order eventually shows up. Seems ridiculous for two tiny solution bottles. After paying high shipping costs and then not receiving the order, it makes you not want to place another order. One star is the lowest I can choose, but at this time it is actually a "0".”
