“Ze geven constant een foutmelding op het apparaat en als ik de test strips terug stuur met de nodige uitleg duurt het meer dan een week voordat ik de eerste mail terug krijg met aan antwoord van jullie. Ik heb deze strips echt nodig voor tijdens mijn kanker behandeling en heb geen tijd om nu lang te moeten wachten op slechte strips die nog eens aankomen!”
