“Unfortunately the package has not yet arrived due to the poor performance of the Spanish handler SEUR. Please do not use SEUR. They claim the address is wrong or you were not at home and now my package is held up in a pick up point that is closed until 31 August. There is not way to contact them except through X. But they still have not responded. This has happened several times with SEUR.”
