“I bought these as i have started the ketogenic food plan again. They're a very accurate way of keeping track of whether i'm in ketosis or not. Keeps me accountable. The packages are smaller/neater than previous batches. Plus easier to tear open by hand which makes them a lot easier to access. Very pleased with them.”
