“Hi Team Keto-Mojo, Sadly I'm very disappointed. I apparently bought the wrong strips for my meter without having any idea that you even had several types of meters that, for some very strange reason have highly similar, BUT DIFFERENT, measuring strips. To me this sounds like a money grabbing thing, trying to make returning customers like myself buy the wrong product and/or needing to update the equipment. What's the deal with the new meter and its redesigned strips; it can present ketone and glucose concentrations as a ratio? Really? I was very happy with the meter before, and also my previous contact with Keto-Mojo, but I doubt you'll be able to regain my trust now. I mean, your product relies on returning customers buying your strips, it can't be a smart move to confuse them with updated designs and purposefully bad salesmanship.”

“The jury is still out. I have ordered both the US and European versions, and the readings are different. The US version is higher (GLU) and lower (KET). Additionally, the GLU is much higher than my Bayer Contour GLU tester. I have run the control test on both sets, and they are both within norms. I just do not understand why the discrepancy.”
