This time there was an issue with my shipping/order and I didn’t receive it, but Keto Mojo were immediately on it, looked into it and resent it. It took a bit longer to get the order due to the initial one going missing, but I really can’t knock Keto Mojo at all, they really came through for me. I’ve had another issue with a parcel going missing during Covid and the other company have dealt with it appallingly bad and I’m still without goods I bought 2 months on. The difference in customer service is amazing. Keto Mojo really care about their customers and provide excellent service. I love my GKI meter and I use it every day to keep track of my ketosis, it’s so accurate.”
“The strips do what they are told, the individual packaging is excellent. The manual is very thick so if that could be removed the package itself would be thinner. We all read the info digitally anyway.”
“Readings appear to be a lot more accurate on the GKI Tester. We have the older version which we got from your USA branch. Presumably it is because of the better packaging of the GKI Test strips.”
