“Not sufficiently clear in your communications that the Eu strips do not work with the US version meter. Replacement EU version meter supplied at postage cost only - fair enough. On using the EU meter and strips, I find that the glucose strip doesn’t provide haematocrit or haemoglobin data ? This is data I had been making use of. No mention of this in your communications. I am now in a situation of not getting above noted data until I finish with the EU strips and can reorder the US strips and go back to my original meter. Not the good customer service trumpeted on your web site and communications.”
