“I spent the extra for the more expensive package and I did not get any of the booklets or paperwork on the whole process, from the diet to the app info. I sent an email and received a link on it. For spending $100 they could have actually mailed the booklet to me with my order especially since I don’t have a printer.! The website painted one picture of what you were buying and the box received the opposite of tha. I have had to figure out the app, etc on my own. Disappointing!”

“The package sent has an expiration date of 4/23/23. I don't test ketones every day and would like strips to last 1 year.”

“I think I have probably reviewed these several times because they are an ongoing expense and an expenditure that I do not regret one bit. This venture began as something that would provide the peace of mind of knowing whether or not I am currently in ketosis. From there we were able to fine-tune eating habits (when we actually have the self-discipline to follow through) with regards to the impact that they have on ketone production. It turns out that at least for me, a period of maintaining higher ketones (1.5 mmol/L - 3.0 mmol/L) was the key to dropping the elevated lipids that were brought on by the keto lifestyle. These strips are dependable to the extent that several hundred in, I have not encountered any issues, knock on wood.”
