“Cannot determine expiration date on this box. Contacted company and got no response... going on 1 week now. The only code on the box ends in 2023, which would NOT be an acceptable use by date for me!”

“I spent the extra for the more expensive package and I did not get any of the booklets or paperwork on the whole process, from the diet to the app info. I sent an email and received a link on it. For spending $100 they could have actually mailed the booklet to me with my order especially since I don’t have a printer.! The website painted one picture of what you were buying and the box received the opposite of tha. I have had to figure out the app, etc on my own. Disappointing!”

“The package sent has an expiration date of 4/23/23. I don't test ketones every day and would like strips to last 1 year.”
