Just to say that I already shifted to another brand after being your loyal customer for over two years. I believe I spent hundreds $ on your stuff. Your new kits are not as good as old ones (inconsistent specially glucose strips since I checked them along your old ones and a new brand, which I just started).
As a scientist I refuse to go backward. No idea why you did what you did. I am just sorry.
