“I preferred the old school test strips because it didn’t have a wrapper. It’s convenient when it doesn’t have wrapping. I hope you can market these new strips without the wrapping.”
“Well, the glucose strips seem ok. But some of the ketone strips in the same order are bad. I guess it happens. It’s just annoying because they’re so expensive. I’ve been happy with your products for several years now. However, I confess that I liked the old meter and strips better: the meter because it was a million times easier to get the strip in as well as eject it, and the strips because it was a BILLION times easier to access them. I realize that the new design keeps them fresh longer, but dang! I can’t open them!!!”
