“I like the product and and process. It is well designed and easy to use. However some improvements can be made:
* I have excellent manual dexterity, but it is very awkward to open the packets and extract the test strips. I can't imagine how fiddly this would be for the elderly and/or people with arthritis.
* Shipping is ridiculously expensive for something that could easily be sent via USPS. The shipping time (over a week) was very long, too.”
“I enjoy using the machine and like the functionality of getting both a ketone and blood sugar reading meter in one.
If I had known that strips could not be purchased Amazon or the fact that the ketone strips are three times as expensive as the blood sugar strips…I probably would have never bought the machine. I also feel that the shipping cost is excessive. I hope the company can improve. I would be a huge supporter if strips could be purchased through Amazon.”
