“I like the product and and process. It is well designed and easy to use. However some improvements can be made: * I have excellent manual dexterity, but it is very awkward to open the packets and extract the test strips. I can't imagine how fiddly this would be for the elderly and/or people with arthritis. * Shipping is ridiculously expensive for something that could easily be sent via USPS. The shipping time (over a week) was very long, too.”
