“I'm overall satisfied with the products at Keto-mojo; however, its customer service has been disappointing (close to being awful). The live chat on the website has never worked so I called the number and left a voice message. Someone called me back and he was very condescending when I attempted to explain my concerns and questions on the strips. He kept interfering with me and giving me unrelated answers. He sounded like he was unwilling to provide customers with any support as though he was just angry. I ordered the strips again even after a very bad experience with customer service because I have the meter. I hope they do better in providing customer service.”
