When I made the company aware of the situation they refunded my money and sent a new box of glucose strips. That action was very impressive! I will continue to use Keto-Mojo products.”
“I'm unable to use the strips and unable to return them because they are open. How does one find out that they can't use the strip if the box is opened. The monitor I was using is made for Virta by Keto-Mojo. The strips and the monitor look identical. It is not an unreasonable expectation that the strips would work. When I complained to customer service they offered to let me BUY a new monitor for 15% off. Terrible customer care.”
