“I get so excited to check my Glucose and Ketones using the GK+Glucoses and Ketones Test Strips throughout the day. I have learned what foods spike my blood sugar and then kick me out of ketosis. I’ve also learned to check for which level of ketosis I am in. When I see therapeutic level, I make notes in the app so I can remember what meals or exercises helped me achieve this level.”
