“I love testing my ketone as I fast. Let's me know if I am getting any results. I am trying to reduce blood sugar so of course I test that. Treating also for autoimmune disease. And st 73 I need that autophagy. Love to see how my body is healing itself. Testing let's me know if it is working or not.”
