“My glucose strips tested fine but I tested 2 of the keytone strips with the test liquid and couldn't get a reading. I did call and left a message--not sure if I should just keep wasting the strips and continue to test, but I did not get a call back (it's been about 1 one week). I did end up testing my keytones yesterday and the keytone strip worked. It was about my usual score so I believe they are working okay after all. So the products seem good but I had to take away one star for not getting a call back.”

“I never received my order. USPS shows that it's being held 3 hours away in Fresno, CA by customers request. Not sure how that happened. I've ordered from this vendor before with no issues. Unfortunately this round the communication to resolve the issue is non existent.”

“Beware! I used ChatGPT to find a stip that would be compatible with my "VIRTA" tester. This one was recommended. Unfortunately, it is NOT COMPATIBLE with the VIRTA tester so I am out the money for the strips. I cannot comment on the product itself. I'm just sad it didn't work out. I have the tester but no more of their strips. I'm sorry to give this product one star. I just want it to get picked up by a search so someone doesn't make the same mistake.”
