Well, over the years I slowly gained weight back from when I initially went keto. “The Keto strips work great. I use them every morning. The only improvement I would make is to make the brown glucose package easier to open. The blue ketone test strips are a lot easier to open than the brown ones.”

“Most of the time the strips register well but lately I've had conflicting readings. My glucose was 122! I couldn't believe it so I took it again and it was 97! Wasted expensive strips. Also 3 of the strips gave me an error code and wouldn't work. Wasted 3 expensive strips! If this continues I will switch to another company. Usually I'm very satisfied and have been using these for years.”
