“This box of strips must be defective. As soon as I put in the ketone strip my meter showed “E 1” error code. That happened three times before contacting the manufacturer. I was told to provide some additional information and a video of the error. I have done that and am waiting to hear back from them.”

“My previous order did not recognize my ketone stix. Then I started getting erratic results w/ the glucose strips prior to the expiration date. I placed a new order. Ketone stix so far are working, but glucose results are erratic. A replacement meter is being sent and I hope the issue is resolved. The current strips are at times having a problem wicking the blood sample. Time will tell if a strip or meter issue.”
