“Had a failure on Keto strips on a previous order. Apparently the LOT had E-1 issues. Customer service replaced the entire order within days. Couldn’t ask for a better response. Great support. Once Batch ID and purchase receipts were provided to customer service. Replacement box is working perfectly.”
