“This is extremely cumbersome with today’s technology. This should be integrated into a continuous glucose monitor. Also, the recipes provided for keto are subpar contains lot of cheese. I am very sensitive. I can’t use any of it. Very little guidance provided on recepes how to manage your ketones better.”

“sturdy package. convenient number of strips in packages. could they be Packaged so i do not have to cut them open? not a huge deal...but the only reason i gave this review 4 stars.”
