“These are a great help in my journey of fasting! They’re simple and easy to use. **Make sure to watch the how-to video FIRST so you understand how to BE EFFICIENT with preparation and make them most effective for you and learn how not to waste the strips. It does time out and then the strips are void even if not used. Once I understood how to use them, they became simple and easy to use. Before them, I had no idea if my fasting was helping me or how much. Now I know for sure!”
