“Love the individual wrapping but struggle getting the strips out. I've added small scissors to my kit but occasionally cut a strip which is a waste I cannot afford.”

“Bought the combo pack to save some money but really only needed the keto strips. Testing my blood ketones in morning, just before eating (after 16 hour fast), 30 minutes after eating, and two hours after eating. Trying to track changes due to changes in diet.”
