“I thought I was doing Keto but I realized I wasn't. I had to throw away most of the low carb stuff in my house. I am learning to read labels. As soon as I got ready to start serious clean Keto I ordered the Meter and strips. I aready reordered more strips (60 Glucose & 60 Ketone).
The blood test is so much better than urine test strips. Watching Glucose is a big advantage. I watch 2 guys on Youtube, Thomas DeLauer and Dr. Sten Ekberg. They have really opened my eyes about how and what to eat. There is also much info on the Keto-Mojo website. I of course record everything I do in the Carb Mananger app.
My Doctor is not going to believe my results. So far I have lost 10 pounds and it seems my BP is dropping. I am also doing intermittent fasting. I have a 6hr eating window.”
