“Im 8 weeks into living a ketogenic life style and the strips were a great help. I love knowing how well my body is responding to this way of eating by checking glucose and ketones. It keeps me on track and pushing forward. My numbers have been excellent and my glucose has come down. I will be excited to see what my A1C is next doctor visit. It was creeping upward and we cant allow that! 5.9 so we will see how keto has helped that number go down. Im in deep ketosis now and burning fat”
