“Regarding the strips themselves, the packages seem harder to open than they should. Like to see the foil a little thinner, like the first set of glucose ones I received. Otherwise, good experience.
It's easy to get consistent readings, but the iPhone bluetooth interface needs resetting frequently. Also, the user website can be frustrating.”

The stripes are too expensive, so I don't plan on buying any more of them. Many of the stripes fail, when inserting them into the meter, which only makes it worse, and makes them even more expensive. Plus, I reported this failure to you before, and nothing was done, and no response was given. Which is a bad business practice.
Plus, I feel I've wasted my money by buying a meter that forces me to use only your expensive and failing strips. My fault, for I should have realized the trick being played on we buyers.”
“Started out using the company's original product and just did the upgrade to the new GK+ meter. I do like the individual sealed strips versus the old style of all in a single container. Easier to Bluetooth and sync than the previous model also!
The only new design I dislike is the button on the bottom to eject the test strip *no grip or textured surface" difficult to do it one handed as per the previous model.
All in all, great upgrade to very useful product”
