“I received the Keto-Mojo about a month ago and had a tough start. I couldn't get the strips to draw up my blood. I had watched every video I could find and called customer service every day but they never returned my call. After about 6 times of reaching out, I got someone on the chat line who suggested I take a video and send that in so they can figure out why it wasn't working. This was unsatisfying and left me feeling further frustration. After going through all of the first set of strips, this was the reply. Well, I did do the video and, as life would have it, my blood drew in. I let the company know and ordered a new set of strips. The new set worked most of the time but there was one time that it didn't. Who knows. Is it my blood? Is it the strip? Now, it takes every time. I am very comfortable with my ability in using the device and grateful for the instead read. There could be better, larger print, with clearer communication on what things mean and better customer service. Overall, I'm super happy with the product and just wish for better, more clear communication.”
