“I follow a ketogenic diet and I'm hypoglycemic, so the combo strips tell me when I am in the level of ketosis that works for me. I also use the glucose strips alone at times, when I feel tired, to see if I need a few olives or nuts to bring up my glucose. Finding hidden glucose spikes has been the catalyst of improving both my ketosis and health biomarkers.
