“Since switching meters I have received less consistent results. The first time they asked me to test and it did come back within range but the range is very broad and even the results within range varied on the same fluid. I had the same issue when I tested myself a few minutes apart, I would get a significant difference in readings. They did send me 5 free strips to cover testing but only when I bought 60 new ones and the 5 didn't cover the re-testing I did on my own. The next 2 boxes were fine but just started a new box and again the readings are not consistent. I tested and again varied results with 2 of them out of range. Even if they send me a new box this has been very time consuming and wasteful.”
