“didn't notice that the strips were different when I ordered. when I tried to use them I found that they do not work with my current meter ( bluetooth). I am out of the old style test strips and can't test until I get more old strips or buy a new meter. I did get an offer to exchange my current meter for a + meter but when I tried to use the confirmation e-mail it said it was invalid or to old to use. Not very happy about all of this as you should be able to understand. I see that it is now boldly noted on the store that these strips only fit the new meter. To late for me. perhaps I missed the notice because i was excited to see that I could get strips cheaper. I don't think it was there originally.”
“I purchased this new monitor thinking it would display GKI but only the app does and that worked fine with my older keto-mojo Bluetooth monitor(which I love). Unfortunately the single packaged strips are not easy to open especially if you are testing gluc and ketones multiple times a day. The company says they are going to be discontinuing the strips in the canisters which I feel are much faster and easier to use. Why change something that was good. I do like the Bluetooth gluc/ketone monitor just don’t like the “upgrade”. I have spoken with customer service and was advised the prepackaged strips would be the only option by the end of the year.”
