“The Keto Mojo device is super reliable and quick. As I'm dialing in my ketosis, it's really handy to learn what impacts me and how. I prefer it to a continuous glucose monitor. 60 strips lasts a long time.”
“I’ve been using this Keto Mojo system at least daily and often multiple times a day for a couple of months now. It is a great system for being able to check both your glucose & ketone levels AND automatically calculate your GKI. I do agree with a previous user that it can be difficult to open the packaging - not sure why the foil needs to be so robust. I would also like to know why the price is so different between the two. If you look at the prices of the strips individually, the glucose strips are only $13.99 for a pack of 60, but the ketone strips are $48.00 - almost 350% more. The design and manufacturing of the ketone strips can’t be that much different from the glucose strips.
The monitor unit itself has a nice, modern/futuristic look - however the rounded edges can make it difficult to hold and eject the test strips.
Even with the unit design shortcomings that seem to have put visual astheics over utility and ketone test strip price difference, this is probably the best system available and works well. I definitely recommend.”
“NOW I get it right. I used a CGM for a month or so and, maybe because it's a consumer model, there was no way to to look in arears more than 24 hours. I didn't really trust the data either.
