“I’ve done Paleo, Keto and now carnivore. The difference maker for me is being able to measure and track the results of my food intake. I did wear a glucose monitor when I started carnivor. The results didn’t always line up test strips, numbers consistently lower. I think because one is measuring the blood glucose, the monitor on my arm was measuring the glucose getting to the muscle. This GK+ system was a game changer for me. I’m 67 and lost 30lbs. Now at my youthful weight of 174lbs. I workout, ride bikes, golf, fish and dive.”

“Really don’t like that you have to tear open each test trip with a visually impaired person. That’s very difficult to do and using scissors is not an option for me. I cut the strip so I’d rather have them in a vile.”
