“I have used the KetoMojo Combo test strips to tune my dietary choices at various times over the past few years. I've also tried an OTC continuous glucose monitor the past couple months and, while it was helpful with spotting glucose spikes with certain food choices (low carb choices!), it was most often higher than the KetoMojo instant strips by 5-25%. It served it's purpose, but the KetoMojo combo strips give me the best feedback, with both glucose and ketones.”
