“Both Gulcose and Ketone strips work well. Easy to bring on blood and test. The app works well with the strips. It's fast to connect, record and maintain. The only downside I have found is the strip sleves are difficult to open. I find the best way is cut open - but that creates challenges not to cut the test strip.”

“I buy these ask the time. My favorite is to test. I sometimes order from Amazon but I ordered direct. It took forever. I know you just mail them but holy cow it’s slow.”

“The strips and products are great. I have measued ketones and glucose twice a day for the past 2 years. Thats allot of strips. I am a health coach for Dr Annette Bosworth. I was dissapointed that my last 2 strip purchases did not allow for the drboz discount code. Dr Bosworth said it should work. Patrick Vassar”

“I am loving having this data at my fingertips (literally!). It is helping me figure out how my diet and exercise patterns impact my body's ability to metabolize glucose and keeps me motivated to optimize my metabolism. I hope eventually the price can come down a bit, even if that is just through bulk ordering, because at roughly $1/test (doing both glucose and ketones) it adds up quickly as I do multiple tests/day to see the impact of specific foods/exercises.”
