“This started out to be a 1-star review; however, I'm happily upgrading it to a 5-star review based on the quick response from customer service to replace a defective device. When the first device arrived, I programed it according to instruction and it worked perfectly. Within a few days, though, it began to malfunction. Both my husband and myself were unable to get it to hold the program we set for the date. It would randomly switch the programed date, which in turn would make the strips not read correctly. On a Sunday, we contacted customer service trough the website and was immediately connected to a real-live person who showed great empathy and tried to walk us through the re-programing process, which we'd already done many times. When it was determined the device was defective, she immediately said a new unit would be shipped right away. We got the new device within 3 days, along with a pre-paid return envelope to send the defective unit back. The new device works PERFECTLY. No issues. We've already gone through 2 new sets of chip readers without a single error or flaw. I would buy this device again; however, with the lifetime warranty, I won't have to. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!”
“So far so good! It has separate strips for ketones and glucose. Also checks iron and blood levels and I found out I was low on iron. Easy to use and came with everything that all fits inside the pouch it came with! Love it!”

“I’ve had some difficulty with the directions and the YouTube video didn’t help at all. I finally got a reading without an error message but I’ve gone through about 6 test strips in the process. Not very user friendly and I’m not sure I would purchase again. Very disappointed.”
