“Everything is fine with the kit, but the delivery with GLS to Europe was a problem (as usual, I keep on having negative experiences with them). First it came later than announced and second, the deliverer rang the bell, put the parcel on the staircase in the basement and left. I live on the second floor of a multi-store house and waited for him to come up and bring it to my door. It took me quite a while to figure out that he would not come up (like all the other deliverers), but just dropped the parcel in the basement and left. This is no service I can accept.
I would recommend the kit to someone else, but tell them to try to buy it elsewhere, where they are delivering with UPS or DHL.”
