“From what i can tell the readings are pretty accurate, at least when i compare the results to how i feel in that moment. That's why i bought it to find out if I ate enough fat or maybe too many carbs and the correlation between me feeling at a given moment and my readings. It's very useful for finding out where to adjust your diet especially if you are rather new to Keto like myself. The overall quality of the is also very solid. Strips are a bit pricey but at the end of day you only need the tests in times of uncertainty.”
