“After finding out that HeadsUpHealth.com wasn't useful. My wife and I already have stopped using the device. Since you can only record one user at a time, the device doesn't work for couples. Buying two devices and two HeadsUpHealth accounts isn't monetarily practical. When I pointed this flaw(IMHO) out, I received an email stating "I guess were just not for you". Even if you feel that way......it's poor customer service. My opinion is you have partnered with the wrong company.”
