“It worked for the firsyt week of so - but at the last update the App closed and lost my PW. I tried to get the App to send "lost PW" email twice but neither have shown up in my inbox or bulk/spam box. Now I can't use the App. I have tried to get the "lost PW" email twice in 18 hours with no success.
What should I now do?”
“The exchange and recycling process was great.
The new monitor is not good compared to the older one. I find the lancet tinny and flimsy and the strips don’t work 1/2 of the time. So the cheaper strips are not helpful as they end up being tossed - especially the glucose ones.
I’m using the old lancet but I wish I still had the old version of the strips.
