“The exchange and recycling process was great.
The new monitor is not good compared to the older one. I find the lancet tinny and flimsy and the strips don’t work 1/2 of the time. So the cheaper strips are not helpful as they end up being tossed - especially the glucose ones.
I’m using the old lancet but I wish I still had the old version of the strips.

“I wasn’t able to sync the device with my i-phone, using the app. I turned the device on and hit the sync icon on the left bottom corner. My phone said it was looking for the device, but it never found the device. I tried several times. Otherwise, the device is working well.”
