Just what I needed to dial in my keto diet. I had been using the Keyto breath meter but it didn’t give me enough quantitative data about how deep into ketosis I was. I was also using a continuous glucose monitor which turned out to be completely inaccurate. It was waking me up with an alarm (that couldn’t be altered in settings) for blood sugar under 55. When I bought a diabetic glucometer at Walgreens (finger stick), that proved that the CGM was inaccurate. The CGM was expired by 2 months but I didn’t expect this level of inaccuracy- it was at times higher or lower or matching the glucometer. In any case, I’ve tried several things. The keto mojo meter gives me the detail I need to tweak my diet and get better at staying in ketosis.

I love the meter kit it has everything in it. The meter is so small and handy that I can bring it with me where ever I go! I Love how the app on my phone connect to the meter to tell me how I am doing. You have been there to cover any needs that I need answered.

Excellent product, much better than my Abbott dual meter. Love the app and syncing abilities to keep track of readings and the GKI. Also, all the information available on the website is extremely helpful.

After watching video instructions, the kit was easy to use. I’m glad I finally tried a blood monitor because it validated how I was feeling and how low my carb intake needs to be (lower than expected for my fitness & activity level). When my ketones are around 2mmol, I get a sensation that there is more blood in my head, a coolness. Going forward, I will be testing my response to foods as I suspect some dairy products might be too insulinogenic for me.
