very unfortunate as I will tell everyone I know not to purchase as it is not easy to operate . I have shared with several people including engineers and no one likes it and everyone agrees not understandable.
It is ridiculous that you put something that is not easy to operate and do not give the option of returns.
What we do comes back to us... if I were you I would be embarrassed by this and the lack of understandable directions.”
