“Data is the key to getting into and remaining in ketosis. There have been times when I figured I had gotten out of ketosis - data showed yes. Then after clean keto diet for a few days - back into ketosis - data showed it. That's what I needed.”

“I’m new to this product but I can tell you that I have trouble opening the test strips packages. I am using scissors to get them out only because I don’t have grip strength in one hand.It is very difficult for other people I bet”
