“I love the new upgraded GK+ Meter! It is very easy to use and comes with everything you need. I especially like that you can link to your health app on your phone, it keeps track of your readings and can be shared online with your Physician. This would be a great feature for a diabetic. Customer Service is fantastic and with a Lifetime warranty you can’t beat the value.”
“New Meter is ok. Honestly, I liked the previous model better for a few reasons. 1) the strips in vials are easier and faster to access. The new meter requires you to tear open the individual packages which is really difficult. Also, if scissors are used to cut it open, you risk cutting the strip. The “release the strip” button on the back is slick, hard to access/grasp and the direction of release is counter intuitive. Its Pretty useless. Easy though just to pull the strip out. I could not wait to get the new GKI model, however, the GKI reading is not on the meter. in order to get GKI, you have to sync readings on a device (after downloading the app), so a couple of extra steps, which takes time. I understand the “why’s” and advantages of going to the individually wrapped strips, the record keeping advantages the app offers etc. overall though, I really liked my previous model more. Not happy that you quit selling the strips for the previous model. I had not had it very long, and really liked it. Also, the case held more strips and the lancet. The new hard case is nice but could be a little larger, in my opinion.”
“I have enjoyed my Keto Mojo. I have only had it a week but it answers lots of questions like- will heavy cream in coffee take me out of ketosis? Everyone is different so this helps me know my metabolism’s reaction to things. I wish the strips were cheaper but I appreciate the knowledge.”
“So far it’s working very well. I love the sync feature making it easy to keep track. The video tutorial went a little fast, and left out some info, so I watched it several times. I needed to adjust the setting because I wasn’t getting enough blood. It would be helpful to learn where on the finger works best to stick also….Overall, it’s really great!”
