“Kit arrived as described and in a very timely manner. A return label was included to send my old meter back for recycling. Very easy to return. New meter very easy to use.
Most people probably do not care to know their hematocrit (HCT). But, for me and my husband, who has cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy, knowing his HCT was of great value. Knowing his HCT value let me know approximately where his hemoglobin (Hgb) level was. Dividing his HCT by 3 would give me his approximate Hgb level. I truly miss this.”
“I understand that the strips wrapped in foil have a longer shelf life but it is difficult to unwrap them. Have to use scissors. I prefer the old meter to the new one. Ejecting the strips was much easier when the ejector button was on the side instead of on the back. I don't use the Bluetooth feature so this is irrelevant to me.”
“This would be 5 stars, but the new test strips come in very difficult to open packaging that would benefit from thinner material more amenable to tearing. I can only imagine how individuals with finger or hand dexterity or strength issues deal with this. I miss the convenience of the older style test strip packaging but understand the need to package them individually. Please make these easier to open.”
“This was a wonderful purchase. It's so simple and easy to use. It syncs with the phone to record the data too. I love it, the only thing I'd add is a time of day bar graph to the app so I can see my levels at different times of day. The way it's laid out now is just a line. I'd like them stacked side by side so I can see the distribution. Otherwise great product and app.”

“The price-point is a little high, but the bundle is definitely the way to go. Unfortunately, I’ve found the meter consistently reads my blood glucose levels MUCH higher than other meters (50 or more points higher). Testing with the reference solution showed it to be within FDA acceptable ranges, but I am more than confident my BGLs are nowhere near the levels reported by this meter. (Case in point - GK+ showed 173 whereas my other meters showed low 90s. This was after a 48 hour fast.) It seems very good for measuring ketosis, however, and that is what I bought the meter to do.”
